DURING THIS TIME WE APPRECIATE THAT RETURNING ITEMS CAN BE LESS EASY.
Be assured that we are taking a very relaxed attitude to slow returns and fully understand that your safety is the priority. Just drop us an email if you need more time to return any purchase for refund or lens fitting.

BREXIT has no effect on our USA sales

 

EU SALES - PLEASE READ

Some EU countries have begun to charge VAT on deliveries and we expect this to become standard. We very much value our EU customers and so do not want you to lose out... as a temporary measure, we will fully reimburse you for the VAT you are charged.
In practice this means that you will need to pay VAT at delivery to the postal service, we will reimburse you by a refund back to the payment method you used to purchase the glasses.

 

NOTE! WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE VAT ELEMENT OF ANY CHARGE - YOU MAY FIND THAT YOUR POSTAL SERVICE ALSO CHARGES AN ADMIN FEE.

 

We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your continued support, we hope to have a better solution in place as soon as possible.

 

 

Now don't worry!
We understand that while they always look great on the screen, they don't always suit your face. If for any reason you are not 100% happy just let us know within 30 days of purchase for a full refund OR you can exchange them for another style provided you have not had lenses fitted (see below)...

If you are buying from overseas you do NOT have to get the glasses back to us within 30 days, just let us know you want to return them and do so in a sensible timeframe.

 

UH OH!
Unfortunately if your frames have been fitted with your lenses they cannot be returned under our 30 day returns policy. This is because we have extremely limited stock of our genuine vintage frames and once your prescription has been fitted they have been personalised and we can no longer sell them.

So, try before you buy!
We would hate for you to be stuck with glasses you are not 100% happy with, so why not buy your frame first and we'll pop it in the post for you to try. You can then send the frame back and have your lenses fitted when you are sure they're the ones for you (or get your lenses fitted locally).

All refunds are made in good old UK pounds stirling.  We are not responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate between purchase & refund dates.
